Compensation at Termination of Employment. Upon termination of employment an employee shall be compensated in wages for all unused accumulated vacation leave. Accumulated vacation leave pay will be paid at the current rate of the employee (exclusive of shift premium). Current salary shall include any increase in salary schedule by reason of length of service, or any percentage increase which an employee is entitled to by reason of any increment plans.
