COMPENSATION FOR BASIC AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES. The performance of, and payment for, Basic Services is divided into Parts I, II, and III as described below. The total compensation for Basic Services shall be an amount equal to the sum of 71% of % of the Construction Budget (for Part I and Part II services) as set forth on Page 1 of this Agreement, plus 29% of % of the Construction Budget (for Part III services), as defined in Article V. If the Total Contract Cost to be negotiated between the owner and the GC/CM differs from the Construction Budget amount on page 1 of this Agreement, the Owner may, at its sole discretion, consider an amendment to this Agreement modifying the Construction Budget amount. If at any time the Construction Budget is changed by amendment to this Agreement, the Basic Services Fee shall be adjusted for the next phase as appropriate, however, no fee adjustment shall be made for phases already completed at the time any such amendment is effective. The fee for each phase and part reflects an agreement by the parties that such fee is adequate compensation for basic services performed during each phase or part irrespective of whether this contract is suspended or terminated prior to the completion of all parts. COMPENSATION FOR BASIC AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) will be established for each project and the percent fee compensation will be computed in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Washington State Fee Schedule and will be set forth in a Basic Services Authorization issued for each project. The performance of, and payment for, Basic Services is divided into Parts I, II, and III as described below. The total compensation for Basic Services shall be calculated as follows:
COMPENSATION FOR BASIC AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES. For PMF’s timely performance of Basic Services described under Section 2.2, and in accordance with the schedule set forth in “Exhibit D,” TFC shall pay PMF a stipulated Sum of Ten Million Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Seven and No/100 Dollars ($10,390,337.00) which may be further categorized on a Project basis. For PMF’s timely performance of Additional Services pursuant to Amendment No. 1, and to the extent applicable in accordance with the schedule set forth in “Exhibit D,” TFC shall pay PMF a stipulated sum of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Five and N0/100 Dollars ($1,824,195.00) for a total stipulated amount of Twelve Million Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Two and No/100 Dollars ($12,214,532.00). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.
