Compensation for Holidays Not Scheduled to Work. Employees who 26 are not scheduled to work on a recognized holiday shall receive eight hour's pay or 27 conversion provided in section 18.2 for the holiday, provided the employee works their full 28 scheduled day before the holiday and the full scheduled day after the holiday, or is off on 29 an approved vacation, personal holiday, personal leave, compensatory time, or 30 bereavement day off. 31
