Compensation for Negotiation Committee. Members of the Negotiation Committee will be compensated for the time spent during regular working hours in negotiations with Employer Representatives for the renewal of the Collective Agreement at meetings held during working hours. Members of the negotiating team shall be granted up to twenty–one (21) hours leave of absence to prepare for negotiations. The said members’ salaries shall not be interrupted during the leave and the Union shall reimburse the Employer for the cost of the wages. The scheduling of the time shall be by mutual agreement with the employer.

  • Compensation Committee (A) The Compensation Committee shall be composed of not more than five (5) members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members who are not officers of the Company and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

The parties agree that the Joint Benefits Committee shall explore all potential options or changes that could generate cost reductions to the Benefit Plans with the following order of priorities:
