Employer Representatives. The Employer shall supply the Union with a list of its designated authorities with whom the Union may be required to transact business, including relevant employees of the Human Resources Department and the ELP, and Employer representatives on the Labour - Management Committee.
Employer Representatives. The Employer shall supply a list of its management representatives with whom the Union may be required to deal with under the terms of this Collective Agreement and shall keep the Union informed at all times as to the names of its management representatives.
Employer Representatives. The Committee shall meet in January of each year to review the Master Schedules and shall endeavour to meet as soon as possible in the event of a proposed scheduling change. All approved Master Schedules will be available (paper or electronic) on the appropriate unit.

The Employer shall supply the Local Union Office with a list as of September 15th of each year of its designated authorities with whom the Union may be required to transact business, including all relevant employees within Human Resources; all Employer representatives on the Labour/Management Committee; and all Deans, Directors, and Department Heads.
Employer Representatives. Employer Representatives are any individuals appointed by the Executive Committee of the Employer to represent it in any dealings with the Union. Unless otherwise designated, the Employer Representative is its Supervisor. Supervisor and Designate Supervisor A Supervisor is any individual, usually the Employer’s President, who supervises Employees. A Designate Supervisor is any individual that is appointed by the Supervisor to act on their behalf. Employees shall have only one Supervisor at any time and shall be notified of the identity of the Supervisor.
Employer Representatives. A responsible representative of the employer shall be present and available at the enterprise daily for consultation by shop stewards. The employer shall notify the committee of shop stewards in writing of the name of the representative and of his or her deputy. If the employer's representative wishes to consider a matter more closely and is therefore unable to make an immediate decision, an answer shall be given without undue delay.
Employer Representatives. The Committee may establish subcommittees and operating procedures for such committee(s). Any such subcommittee shall make recommendations in person to the Labour Management Committee as a whole.
Employer Representatives. The bargaining unit representatives may be two bargaining unit employees and a Guild staff representative, or three bargaining unit employees, at the Guild's discretion, and may change at each meeting. The Employer representatives will include the Director of Human Resources or designee, and will include at least one newsroom manager.
Employer Representatives. The Employer provides the Union with a list of its managers/directors and supervisors, as well as the other persons liable to enter into a contract with the Union for administration purposes of the Collective Agreement.
