COMPETENT COURT AND APPLICABLE LAW. 13.1 The Agreements between the parties are governed by Dutch law.
13.2 All disputes related to and/or arising from the concluded Agreement will be settled by the District Court of Limburg, location Roermond, unless Dutch mandatory provisions dictate otherwise.
13.3 Notwithstanding clause 13.2, BIS is entitled to have disputes which may arise from the present contract or from further contracts which may result from it adjudicated by another court which is competent according to Dutch law, European regulations or international treaties.
COMPETENT COURT AND APPLICABLE LAW. 20.1 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of our company’s legal seat, in case the CO is a merchant. However, we will also be entitled to sue the CO at its general place of jurisdiction or at the place of jurisdiction of any of its branch offices.

10.2 These General Terms and Conditions and each Contract are governed by Italian law.
COMPETENT COURT AND APPLICABLE LAW. 1. These general terms and conditions and the contracts between parties are subject to Belgian Law.
2. In the case of all disputes arising from, or connected to, these general terms and conditions and/or the contracts and commitments as referred to in the previous subsection, proceedings shall be instituted in the first instance under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Mechelen.
3. If a condition of the general terms and conditions or a contract appears to be void, or is annulled, this will have no bearing on the applicability of the general terms and conditions or contract as a whole. 4. Except for the proof to the contrary in respect to the agreement of Contractor with the client, the administrative details of Contractor are decisive.
COMPETENT COURT AND APPLICABLE LAW. 11.1 The General Terms and Conditions and all Agreements to which they apply are subject to Belgian law.
11.2 All disputes to which these General Terms and Conditions apply in full or in part, shall exclusively be submitted to the competent court in Antwerp.

13.3 Notwithstanding section 2 of this article, MVD Europe has the right to submit the dispute to another court that is competent according to Dutch law, European regulations or international treaties.
COMPETENT COURT AND APPLICABLE LAW. 15.1 This agreement is governed by Dutch law and any disputes in relation to this agreement will be governed by the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
COMPETENT COURT AND APPLICABLE LAW. 20.1 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is that of Agosi’s registered office if the S is a merchant. However, Agosi shall also be entitled to litigate against the S at the S’s general place of jurisdiction or at the place of jurisdiiction of a branch office.

All disputes related to Agreements between the Customer and Housing & Co. will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Housing & Co. is established. 22.2. All Agreements between Housing & Co. and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
