Competent Full-Time Staff. The Design-Builder shall maintain at the Site a competent, full-time staff with appropriate expertise to coordinate and provide general direction of the Work in order to (i) Conduct adequate review of the Work as to quality and compliance with the Contract Documents, and (ii) Maintain satisfactory progress by the Trade Contractors involved in the performance of the Work.
