For this reason, it is understood that if an employee has a complaint the employee shall discuss it with the employee’s Supervisor, or in their absence, the Administrator, as soon as possible and in any case no complaint shall be made unless made within twenty-oneone (21) days from the date upon which the complaint occurred, unless an extension of time has been mutually agreed upon. The Supervisor shall respond in writing to the complaint within seven (7) days of the discussion.
