Complaint Representatives Sample Clauses

Complaint Representatives. The PBA shall annually (i.e., on or before July 1st) furnish to the University a list of all persons authorized to act as complaint representatives and shall update the list as needed. The PBA will provide the University with written notice of an amended list. The PBA complaint representatives shall have the responsibility to meet all duties and responsibilities incidental to the assigned workload. Some of these activities are scheduled to be performed at particular times. Such representative shall have the right, during times outside of those hours scheduled for these activities, to investigate, consult, and prepare complaint presentations and attend complaint hearings and meetings. However, such investigations and consultations will not interfere with the normal operations of the University. Should any complaint hearings or meetings necessitate the rescheduling of assigned duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Chief of the FIUPD or his/her designee, arrange for the fulfillment of such duties. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Consultant’s Representative Consultant hereby designates XXXXXX, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Consultant’s Representative”). If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Contract Representatives The following will act as the representative authorized to administer activities under this Grant Agreement on behalf of their respective Party.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Xxxxxxx, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.

  • Company Representative Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of Company is required or Company is required to take some action at the request of Issuer, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by Company Representative and Issuer or Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action and Company shall have no redress against Issuer or Trustee as a result of any such action taken.

  • Project Representative City shall designate a Project Manager to represent City in coordinating this Project with Consulting Engineer/Architect, with authority to transmit instructions and define policies and decisions of City.

  • Safety Representative On every job site, workers may elect a Workers’ Safety Representative in accordance with the Act.
