Completion of Evaluation Cycle. a. The evaluation shall acknowledge the performance strengths of the unit member evaluated as well as performance deficiencies. The evaluator shall note all the data used to support the conclusions reached in the evaluation written report. The evaluation written report shall be signed by the evaluator and the unit member. The unit member's signature shall serve as acknowledgement that the evaluation written report will be placed in the unit member’s personnel file.
