COMPLIANCE AND PENALTIES. WE WORK BETTER TOGETHER. • CampusKey students can report any fault or non- compliance of the CampusKey Community Guidelines to their CampusKey team by: o Calling the 24/7 Call-us-anytime number or o Visiting your CampusKey team at your campus reception. • On receipt of any complaints, CampusKey will investigate each complaint thoroughly. Should the complaint be valid, the following steps will be followed: o 1st transgression: Impose a fine of R500. o 2nd transgression: Impose a fine of R1,000 o 3rd transgression: Impose a fine of R1,500 o 4th transgression: CampusKey will terminate the Agreement in accordance with clause 14 of the Agreement. • CampusKey will charge the fine to the student’s monthly account. • If CampusKey, in its sole discretion, believes any transgression of the Community Guidelines is of such a serious nature that it constitutes a breach of the Service and Residence Agreement, without any previous complaints having been lodged against the student, CampusKey may terminate the Service and Residence Agreement and/or take such legal steps as CampusKey deems fit. 2019 PAGE 12

COMPLIANCE AND PENALTIES. 1.1 The By-Laws, the Rules and Regualtions adopted pursuant hereto, together with all future amendments and the covenants and restrictions in the Judgement shall be strictly compiled with by Member.
COMPLIANCE AND PENALTIES. Downgrade - If a call is downgraded from Code-3 to Code-1 by BOEC prior to arrival of an ALS ambulance on the scene, the PROVIDER’S compliance and penalties will be determined as follows: • If the downgrade occurs after the unit has already exceeded the standard Code- 3 response time for the zone involved, the Code-3 response time standard will apply; or, • If the downgrade occurs before the unit has exceeded the Code-3 standard response time for the zone involved, the call will be considered compliant under the Code-1 response time standard. Canceled Responses - If a call is canceled prior to the ALS unit’s arrival on scene, response time will be calculated based on the elapsed time from receipt of call to the time the call was canceled. The priority assigned to the call and the response time standard for the zone involved will be used to determine the PROVIDER'S compliance and penalties. Multiple Units - In measuring periodic response time compliance – monthly for the urban zone or 90 days for the rural zone – each incident will be counted as one (1) dispatched call, no matter how many units are ultimately dispatched to respond. Response time compliance will be based on the response time of the first unit dispatched.
COMPLIANCE AND PENALTIES. The contractor shall act immediately when such notice of non-compliance is received and correct whatever is the cause for the issuing of the notice. Complaints received regarding activities on the construction site pertaining to the environment shall be recorded in a dedicated register and the response noted with the date and action taken. This record shall be submitted with the monthly reports and a verbal report given at the monthly site meetings. Any avoidable non-compliance with the above-mentioned measures shall be considered sufficient ground for the imposition of a penalty The following penalties shall apply for environmental violations:

  • Compliance Audits D.4.1 Compliance Audit(s). Without limiting the generality of section A.7.4 (Records Review), if requested by the Province from time to time, which request shall be at the Province’s sole discretion, the Recipient, at its own expense, will forthwith retain an independent third party auditor to conduct one or more compliance audits of the Recipient or any Project. The audit will be conducted in accordance with Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, as adopted by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, applicable as of the date on which a record is kept or required to be kept under such standards.
