Response Time Compliance Sample Clauses
The Response Time Compliance clause sets specific deadlines within which a party must respond to requests, inquiries, or actions as outlined in the agreement. Typically, this clause details the maximum allowable time for responses, such as replying to service requests, providing approvals, or addressing issues, and may specify consequences for failing to meet these deadlines. Its core function is to ensure timely communication and action between parties, thereby reducing delays and promoting accountability throughout the contractual relationship.
Response Time Compliance. (1) A list of each call dispatched for which PROVIDER did not meet the response time standard;
(2) Canceled calls; and
(3) Exception reports and resolution.
Response Time Compliance. A list of every emergency call dispatched including all associated times and clear indication for each of whether Contractor did or did not meet the response time standard. The report must be sorted by each Deployment Zone, Sub-zone and Measurement Category. For each such call in which the response time standard was not met, the time by which the standard was exceeded shall be documented.
Response Time Compliance. Contractor shall make a good faith effort to maintain a response time compliance with the standards stated in 7 (seven) above at a minimum of 90%.
Response Time Compliance. Ambulance response times must meet the response-time standards set forth herein, and every ambulance unit provided by Contractor for emergency response must, at all times, except as authorized by EMS Agency policy, be equipped and staffed to operate at the advanced life support (paramedic) level on all ambulance responses, including immediate and urgent services. Clinical performance must be consistent with approved medical standards and protocols.
Response Time Compliance. A list of each and every emergency call dispatched for which the provider did not meet the response time standard categorized by type of emergency, in the following categories:
(i.) Response area;
Response Time Compliance a. A list by ERZ of each emergency call dispatched for which Contractor did not meet the response time standard,
b. A list by ERZ of responses cancelled en route, and
c. A list by ERZ of exception requests and resolution.
Response Time Compliance. 1. Upon determination by Agency that Contractor has failed to meet response time compliance, fines will be assessed as outlined in Exhibit B of this Agreement.
a. For each response time compliance period in which Contractor fails to meet the requirements, fines will automatically be assessed to the Contractor.
b. Contractor agrees to pay fines, measured separately for each response zone for any response time compliance period when response time compliance is not met (Exhibit B).
2. For each month in which any one of the requirements in section 3.2 item B and/or C is not met, Contractor shall meet with the Contract Administrator or his/her designee to develop a strategy to address the response compliance problem.
