Compliance Inspection. Grantee agrees that is shall provide to the Authority and the Department, as necessary or upon request, evidence that the Grant is being spent for the purpose for which it was made and evidence that it is adhering to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Act and Regulations. Grantee further agrees that it shall provide to the Authority, the Department, and their agents, access at reasonable times to the Project Site to determine compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Lessee shall comply with all governmental laws, regulations, requirements and rules, including without limitation environmental and licensing laws and all manufacturer’s operating instructions and warranty requirements for the Equipment, and with the conditions and requirements of all policies of insurance with respect to the Equipment and this Lease. At any time during business hours, Lessor may enter the premises where the Equipment is located, to inspect the Equipment.
Compliance Inspection. Tenant acknowledges that in the event an unauthorized Pet, the Broker may conduct monthly, unannounced inspections of the Premises to ensure go-forward compliance. Violation of this provision will allow Broker to commence eviction on the basis of nuisance.

For purposes of determining or securing compliance with this Settlement Agreement and Order, or determining whether the Settlement Agreement and Order should be modified or vacated, and subject to any legally recognized privilege, from time to time duly authorized representatives of the United States Department of Justice, including consultants and other persons retained by the United States, shall, upon written request of a duly authorized representative of the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Antitrust Division, and on reasonable notice to American, be permitted:
1. access during American’s office hours to inspect and copy, or at the United States' option, to require respondent to provide copies of, all books, ledgers, accounts, records and documents in the possession, custody, or control of American, relating to any matters contained in this Settlement Agreement and Order; and
2. to interview, either informally or on the record, American’s officers, employees, or agents, who may have their individual counsel present, regarding such matters. The interviews shall be subject to the reasonable convenience of the interviewee and without restraint or interference by American.
B. Upon the written request of a duly authorized representative of the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Antitrust Division, American shall submit written reports or interrogatory responses, under oath if requested, relating to any of the matters contained in this Settlement Agreement and Order as may be requested, subject to any legally recognized privilege.
C. No information or documents obtained by the means provided in this section shall be divulged by the United States to any person other than an authorized representative of the executive branch of the United States, except in the course of legal proceedings to which the United States is a party (including grand jury proceedings), or for the purpose of securing compliance with this Settlement Agreement and Order , or as otherwise required by law.
D. Compliance Inspection. XXXX shall have the right, but not the obligation, to conduct (or cause to be conducted) an annual inspection to assess all Airlines' compliance with Applicable Environmental Laws (collectively, "Compliance Inspection"). XXXX shall provide reasonable advance written notice of such Compliance Inspection and shall provide Airline the opportunity to accompany XXXX during the inspection.
(a) XXXX may otherwise, at reasonable times after reasonable advance written notice (except in the event of an emergency) and in the presence of an employee or agent of Airline, enter the Leased Premises to conduct reasonable inspections, tests, samplings, split samples or other investigations in connection with Airline's obligations under the provisions of this Section.
(b) XXXX will not unreasonably interfere with Airline operations.
(c) In the event of any emergency-related inspection or investigation, XXXX shall provide notice to Airline as soon as reasonably possible under the circumstances and shall promptly provide Airline with all findings, results or information generated as a result of such inspection or investigation.
