Compliance with Board Policies. Contractor agrees to comply with all Policies of the Board of Public Education for the City of Savannah and the County of Chatham including, but not limited to, Policy FG. Pursuant to Board Policy FG, Contractor shall make and document good faith efforts to maximize the utilization of qualified local, minority, and women business enterprises (“LMWBEs”) as subcontractors, suppliers, and subconsultants in connection with the performance of this contract. Examples of ways that Contractor can maximize the utilization of LMWBEs are outlined in Board Policy FG. Throughout the performance of this Contract, the Board may, from time to time, require Contractor to report on its effort to maximize LMWBE involvement in the Project.

Compliance with Board Policies. (a) The Executive shall be required to build a holding of shares of Signet common stock (“Shares”) equal to a specified level as set by the Board from time to time (the “Share Ownership Requirement”) pursuant to the terms of any stock ownership policy or guidelines approved by the Board or a committee of the Board and provided to the Executive. The Share Ownership Requirement shall be required for so long as the Executive is an executive officer of the Signet Group.
Compliance with Board Policies. Design Professional agrees to comply with all Policies of the Board of Public Education for the City of Savannah and the County of Chatham including, but not limited to, Policies FG and FGC. Pursuant to Board Policy FG, Design Professional shall make and document good faith efforts to maximize the utilization of qualified local, minority, and women business enterprises (“LMWBEs”) as subcontractors, suppliers, and subconsultants in connection with the performance of this contract. Examples of ways that Design Professional can maximize the utilization of LMWBEs are outlined in Board Policy FG. Throughout the performance of this Contract, the Board may, from time to time, require Design Professional to report on its effort to maximize LMWBE involvement in the Project. Pursuant to Board Policy FGC, Design Professional will make good faith efforts to interact with students in the District’s schools by providing career direction to students interested in learning more about Design Professional’s fields and by participating, to the extent possible, in student career days, construction mentorship programs, and other related student enrichment.

For the avoidance of doubt, once the Share Ownership Requirement is achieved at any given Share price, such requirement shall be considered satisfied, notwithstanding any subsequent change in Share price. The Share Ownership Requirement shall be required for so long as the Executive is the Chief Executive Officer of the Signet Group. The details of the Share Ownership Requirement are set forth in the memorandum from Xxxxx Xxxxxx to you dated December 2, 2014.

Examples of ways that CMR can maximize the utilization of LMWBEs are outlined in Board Policy FG. Throughout the performance of this Contract, the Board may, from time to time, require CMR to report on its effort to maximize LMWBE involvement in the Project.

Compliance with Board Policies. It shall be a precondition to the right of the initial BVF Designee and the initial BVF Observer, and their respective successors, to attend any meeting of the Board of Directors or committee thereof that such individual shall have agreed to abide by the established policies of the Board of Directors and the committees thereof generally applicable to all directors or committee members that are in effect from time to time.
