Compliance with City Ordinances. Licensee’s use and occupancy of Public Right-of-Way and Service Poles shall be subject to the provisions of all additional requirements of the City’s Ordinances regulating Public Xxxxxx-xx- Xxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xx. 000000, and directions of the City concerning collocating Network Nodes on any Service Pole.
Compliance with City Ordinances. XXXXXX agrees to comply with all ordinances now in force or hereafter enacted by CITY.
Compliance with City Ordinances. HSE shall comply with the City’s ordinances and pretreatment standards to the extent that they do not result in an irreconcilable conflict with the Wholesale Agreement II.
Compliance with City Ordinances. The Trust Lands identified in Exhibit A and any new structures and changed uses, shall be used and developed in a manner consistent with and in compliance with all applicable City general and community plans, zoning ordinances and design guidelines in effect at the time of the execution of this Agreement. Any future changes, additions or modifications in the use or development of the parcels shall be subject to the then existing City review process and ordinances, City Plans, and City development standards, design guidelines and fees in effect at the time of the change. The City’s review of the Tribe’s project shall determine only if the uses are in compliance with the City ordinances, plans, development standards, design guidelines and fees. The City shall not approve the Tribe’s development project, designs or methods of construction or construction delivery.
Compliance with City Ordinances. The Grant Recipient shall comply with all applicable City ordinances and building codes and, if necessary, shall seek and obtain a building permit from the City prior to the commencement of any work.
Compliance with City Ordinances. The Business Owner shall comply with all applicable City ordinances, resolutions and building codes and shall be responsible at its own expense for obtaining and complying with all building and other permits required by the City for the completion of the Work.
Compliance with City Ordinances. Xxxxxxx agrees to maintain a City of Hopkinsville Business License and to pay any and all applicable occupational license fees and other taxes and fees which may become due.
Compliance with City Ordinances. Grantees agree to maintain a City of Hopkinsville Business License, and pay any and all applicable occupational license fees and other taxes and fees which may become due. Grantees further agree to require all contractors and subcontractors performing any work within or upon the Property to register with the City and to pay any and all applicable occupational license fees and other taxes and fees which may be required. Grantees agree to provide to the City a list of all contractors and subcontractors, along with relevant addresses, points of contact, email addresses and phone numbers for each such contractor or subcontractor.
Compliance with City Ordinances. The Tribe shall enact laws applicable to the Trust Lands and shall require that all tribal development projects occurring on the Trust Lands be used and developed in a manner that is consistent with the Barstow Municipal Code (incorporated herein by reference) in effect at the time of any project development. The Tribe shall adopt building standards and codes consistent with those adopted by the City, and prior to the use of any structure constructed on the Trust Lands, provide the City, at the Tribe’s expense, written certification from the project’s architect of record that said structures have been constructed in accordance with said standards and code provisions. To ensure compliance with adopted codes, the Tribe agrees to contract with the City to provide planning, building and safety, fire prevention, and public works personnel to review any and all construction plans and inspect construction of all improvements on or off the Trust Lands.
