COMPRESSED WORK WEEK COMMITTEE. (a) After January there shall be a permanent Joint Compressed Work Week Committee for discussion and problem solving in relation to any and all issues that may arise concerning any work schedules or schedules which may be in effect from time to time. The Committee shall be comprised of not less than three members named by each party, and shall be provided such data and information as is reasonably required for the exercise of its functions, and shall have the power to make recommendations to the Chief with respect to solving any problems which may arise from time to time in relation to work scheduling. The Committee shall meet frequently, or as required, to identify and resolve any problem that may arise with a shift schedule.   • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Curriculum Committee The Curriculum Committee shall consist of sixteen (16) members of the bargaining unit, three (3) students, and three (3) administrators; provided, however, that in the case of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, the Curriculum Committee shall be composed of ten (10) members of the bargaining unit, two (2) students, and two (2) administrators.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria (Reactive Power A wind generating plant shall maintain a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, measured at the Point of Interconnection as defined in this LGIA, if the ISO’s System Reliability Impact Study shows that such a requirement is necessary to ensure safety or reliability. The power factor range standards can be met using, for example without limitation, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors if agreed to by the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, or a combination of the two. The Developer shall not disable power factor equipment while the wind plant is in operation. Wind plants shall also be able to provide sufficient dynamic voltage support in lieu of the power system stabilizer and automatic voltage regulation at the generator excitation system if the System Reliability Impact Study shows this to be required for system safety or reliability.

  • Committee Work All time spent by employees on Employer established committees and committees mentioned in this contract (including side letters) shall be considered time worked and shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay. Time spent on committee work will not be counted towards the calculation of overtime.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.

  • JOINT APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE There is hereby established a Joint Apprenticeship Committee as defined in paragraph (c) hereof. This Committee shall be composed of four (4) members, two (2) representing the Company and two (2) Journeymen/women employees representing the Union. The Chairperson shall be the Supervisor of Apprentices. The Committee shall meet once a month unless otherwise agreed. It shall be the duty of the Committee:
