Computation of Holiday Pay. A day of holiday pay for full-time full-year or full-time academic year employees shall be equal to eight (8) hours multiplied by the employee’s regular straight-time hourly rate. A day of holiday pay for part-time full-year employees or part-time academic year employees shall be equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the number of hours per week which the employee regularly works (rounded to the nearest hour) multiplied by the employee’s regular straight-time hourly rate.
