No Intimidation. No supervisor shall intimidate or unduly influence an employee to waive his/her rights under this Article.
No Intimidation. The Employer and the Union agree that there will be no intimidation, discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion exercised or practiced by either of them or their representatives or members because of an employee's membership in the Union, because of his activity or lack of activity in the Union, or because of his filing or not filing a grievance pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
No Intimidation. No person who is employed in a managerial or confidential capacity shall seek by intimidation, by threat of dismissal, or by any other threat to cause an employee to abandon his grievance or refrain from exercising his right to present a grievance, as provided in this Agreement.
No Intimidation. The parties agree that neither will attempt to intimidate or threaten any employee in the exercise of their choice. Neither party will retaliate against any employee for their choice.
No Intimidation. No employee shall be discharged or discriminated against for any Union activity, or for serving on a Union committee outside of business hours, or for reporting to the Union the violation of any provision of this Agreement. Allegations that an employee was forced to resign as a result of deliberate management conduct shall be considered under the grievance procedure. If the grievance is successful, the employee shall be deemed not to have resigned.
No Intimidation. The Employer agrees that there shall be no intimidation or discrimination against any employee by reason of the employee’s legitimate activities as a member, xxxxxxx or officer of the Union.
No Intimidation. The Employer and Union agree that no discrimination or intimidation will be practised or permitted by any of their officers, official or otherwise, against any employee or any Employer representative by reason of or arising out of directly or indirectly the activities of the Employer or out of trade union membership or activity, whichever is applicable, or by reason of race, creed, colour, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, place of origin, ethnic origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, family status or handicap as defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code.
No Intimidation. The parties agree that there shall be no discrimination within the meaning of the Ontario Rights Code against any employee by t h e Union or the Hospital by reason of race, creed, colour, age, sex, marital status, nationality, ancestry or place or origin, family status, handicap, sexual orientation, political affiliation o r activity, o r place of residence. The Hospital and t h e Union further agree that there w i l l be no intimidation, discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practiced by either them or t h e i r representatives or members, because of membership o r non- membership i n a Union or because of h i s activity or lack of activity i n t h e Union. No employee nor group of employees shall be permitted t o enter into or make an agreement w i t h t h e Hospital separate from t h i s collective agreement.
No Intimidation. There will be no intimidation, interference, restraint, or coercion exercised or practiced upon employees of the Company by the Union or any of its members or representatives, nor will there be any intimidation, interference, restraint, or coercion exercised or practiced upon members or representatives of the Union by the Company or any of its principles or representatives, and there will be no solicitation for membership, collection of dues or other Union activity on the premises of the Company during the employees’ working hours which will in any way interfere with production or impair efficiency.
No Intimidation. Purposeful intimidation, stalking or following (online or in person) is prohibited.
