Computer Software Copyrights. Contractor certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this contract for the acquisition, operation or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

Computer Software Copyrights. The Unication products described in this manual may include copyrighted Unication computer programs stored in semiconductor memories or other media. Laws in the United States and other countries preserve for Unication, Inc., certain exclusive rights for copyrighted computer programs, including the exclusive right to copy or reproduce in any form the copyrighted computer program.
