Computerized Case Management System Operators. The Employer may assign to any secretary, receptionist or intake officer, and may request of any other legal worker the task of using a computerized case management system to record information, retrieve data, generate reports and otherwise use that case management software, provided that such other legal workers may decline such assignment. Any legal worker assigned this task will receive a salary differential of $1,000 per year. The Employer may revoke such assignment and thereby discontinue the payment of said differential. Said revocation shall be subject to a reasonableness standard, and may be grieved up to the Executive Director, but is not arbitrable.

Computerized Case Management System Operators. The Project Director may within his/her sole discretion create, fill, refill, eliminate, or discontinue two positions of data and case management system specialists per program. Additional positions may only be created with agreement of both parties to the CBA. The data and case management specialist is someone with enhanced skills and understanding of data and case management systems. The specialist will assist management in maintaining and analyzing data, tracking contract goals and requirements, and developing and running grant reports in more than one practice area. A Legal Worker who is promoted to specialist shall receive a salary differential of $2,000 per year. Any Legal Worker currently receiving a $1,000 increase in salary for the former position of computerized case management operator shall be grandfathered in for purposes of this change. If such worker is designated a specialist, they will receive an additional $1,000, or a salary differential of $2,000.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Earned Value Management System ‌ An earned value management system (EVMS) means a project management tool that effectively integrates the project scope of work with cost, schedule and performance elements for optimum project planning and control. The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
