Concession Fee Recovery. The Concession Fee Recovery is National's charge to recover the estimated fees paid by National to the owner or operator of the location being serviced by National for the related rental or to the owner or operator of the location of the branch from which You rent the vehicle. At some locations, National has elected to impose "recovery fees" to recover or recoup all or a portion of its expenses related to a type of overhead. At certain locations where National is a concessionaire, National has elected to impose a charge, often referred to as a Concession Fee Recoupment or Concession Fee Recovery, to recover all or a portion of the concession fees or fee on revenue which it is obligated to pay to the owner or operator of the location being serviced or location from which You rent the vehicle. The fee, which varies by location, will appear separately in the charges section of this Agreement as Concession Fee Recovery, Concession Fee Recoupment, Airport Fee, or the like. Other recovery fees that National elects to impose at some locations include, without limitation: a vehicle licensing and registration recovery fee, often called Vehicle License Recovery Fee or "VLRF", which is the per rental day recovery of National' s average annual cost to tag, title, pay taxes on, inspect, and/or register its fleet registered in the applicable jurisdiction; certain tax recoveries not mandated to be charged to the customer by a governmental entity; a Waste Tire and Battery Recovery Fee, which is the recovery of the waste tire and lead-acid battery fee which National must remit in Florida; and a Bussing Cost Recovery charge, which is the per Rental or per rental day recovery of National' s annual cost to provide bussing operations at certain locations. A Frequent Traveler Service Charge will apply for qualifying Rentals in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico when you choose to receive Frequent Traveler miles or credits as part of your Rental. The Frequent Traveler Service Charge is collected by National in order to recover all or a portion of the administrative and program costs associated with participation in frequent flyer programs and may be in addition to charges imposed by your airline' s own Frequent Traveler program. A list of Frequent Traveler Service Charges is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx The specific recoveries that apply to your Rental are set forth at the time of reservation and on the applicable Rental receipt.

  • MANAGEMENT CHARGE 16.1 In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the same, the Supplier agrees to pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with Clause 16.2 below. 16.2 The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Agreement Schedule 8 (Management Information), and adjusted: 16.2.1 in accordance with paragraph 5.5 of Framework Agreement Schedule 8 (Management Information) to take into account of any Admin Fee(s) that may have accrued in respect of the late provision of Management Information; and 16.2.2 pursuant to paragraph 6 (Default Management Charge) of Framework Agreement Schedule 8 (Management Information) to take into account any under payment of the Management Charge. 16.3 Unless agreed otherwise, the Supplier shall pay the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 16.2 within thirty (30) Days of the date of issue of the invoice. 16.4 The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Order and shall not be varied as a result of any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any service credits and/or any other deductions made under any Call-Off Contract. 16.5 The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. The Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time. 16.6 Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charge under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • MFMP Transaction Fee Reports The Contractor shall submit complete monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports to the Department. Reports are due 15 calendar days after the end of each month.   • Property Management Fee For its services in managing the day-to-day operations of the Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Company shall pay to Property Manager an annual property management fee (the “Property Management Fee”) equal to 4.0% of the Gross Revenue (as hereinafter defined). The Property Management Fee shall be prorated for any partial year and shall be payable in equal monthly installments, in advance. The Property Management Fee shall be payable on the first day of each month from the Operating Account or from other funds timely provided by the Company. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the parties will prorate the Property Management Fee on a daily basis to the effective date of such expiration or termination. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Gross Revenue” shall mean all gross collections from the operations of the Property, including, without limitation, rental receipts, late fees, application fees, pet fees, damages, lease buy-out payments, reimbursements by Tenants for common area expenses, operating expenses and taxes and similar pass-through obligations paid by Tenants, but shall expressly exclude (i) security deposits received from Tenants and interest accrued thereon for the benefit of the Tenants until such deposits or interest are included in the taxable income of the Company; (ii) advance rents (but not lease buy-out payments) until the month in which payments are to apply as rental income; (iii) reimbursements by Tenants for work done for a particular Tenant; (iv) proceeds from the sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the Property; (v) insurance proceeds received by the Company as a result of any insured loss (except proceeds from rent insurance or the excess of insurance proceeds for repairs over the actual costs of such repairs); (vi) condemnation proceeds not attributable to rent; (vii) capital contributions made by the Company; (viii) proceeds from capital, financing and any other transactions not in the ordinary course of the operation of the Property; (ix) income derived from interest on investments or otherwise; (x) abatement of taxes, awards arising out of takings by eminent domain and discounts and dividends on insurance policies; and (xi) rental concessions not paid by third parties.

  • CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein. Contract Charges:

  • Maintenance of Primary Insurance Policies; Collections Thereunder The Master Servicer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep, and to cause the Servicers to keep, in full force and effect each Primary Insurance Policy (except any Special Primary Insurance Policy) required with respect to a Mortgage Loan, in the manner set forth in the applicable Selling and Servicing Contract, until no longer required, and the Master Servicer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep in full force and effect each Special Primary Insurance Policy, if any. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Master Servicer shall have no obligation to maintain any Primary Insurance Policy for a Mortgage Loan for which the outstanding Principal Balance thereof at any time subsequent to origination was 80% or less of the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property, unless required by applicable law. Unless required by applicable law, the Master Servicer shall not cancel or refuse to renew, or allow any Servicer under its supervision to cancel or refuse to renew, any Primary Insurance Policy in effect at the date of the initial issuance of the Certificates that is required to be kept in force hereunder; provided, however, that neither the Master Servicer nor any Servicer shall advance funds for the payment of any premium due under (i) any Primary Insurance Policy (other than a Special Primary Insurance Policy) if it shall determine that such an advance would be a Nonrecoverable Advance or (ii) any Special Primary Insurance Policy.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Third-Party Charges Customer may incur charges from third party service providers that are separate and apart from the amounts charged by Comcast. These may include, without limitation, charges resulting from accessing on-line services, calls to parties who charge for their telephone based services, purchasing or subscribing to other offerings via the Internet or interactive options on Public View Video, Video, or otherwise. Customer agrees that all such charges, including all applicable taxes, are Customer’s sole responsibility. In addition, Customer is solely responsible for protecting the security of credit card information provided to others in connection with such transactions.

  • INTERIM ASSET SERVICING ARRANGEMENT With respect to each asset (or liability) designated from time to time by the Receiver to be serviced by the Assuming Bank pursuant to this Arrangement (such being designated as "Pool Assets"), during the term of this Arrangement, the Assuming Bank shall:

  • COLLECTION OF CHARGES 16.1 A Sector Association may request the consent of the Administrator to collect charges due from Operators to the Administrator in respect of facilities under the charging scheme. 16.2 If a Sector Association wishes to collect charges due from an Operator to the Administrator under the charging scheme, the Sector Association may serve a notice in writing on the Administrator by the last working day in February in the calendar year in which the charges fall due. 16.3 A notice served under Rule 16.2 must specify the facilities in respect of which the Sector Association intends to collect charges, being not fewer than 50% of the facilities covered by an umbrella agreement. 16.4 Following receipt of the notice, the Administrator must: 16.4.1 consent to the Sector Association collecting charges; or 16.4.2 refuse consent to the Sector Association collecting charges, giving reasons for the decision. 16.5 If the Administrator consents to the Sector Association collecting charges the Sector Association must: 16.5.1 itemise charges separately in any invoices that it issues in respect of charges; 16.5.2 collect and remit all charges collected to the Administrator without deduction or set off by the last working day in September in each year; 16.5.3 prepare an annual report to the Administrator by the last working day in October in the year in which it has collected charges setting out which Operators it has collected charges from and which Operators have failed to pay charges due to the Sector Association. 16.6 A Sector Association must not actively pursue any outstanding charges after the last working day in September in any year in which they fall due. If a Sector Association receives charges after this date the Sector Association must accept the payment and remit this to the Environment Agency along with information identifying the Operator making the payment. 16.7 If a Sector Association fails to comply with any of its obligations under this Rule the Administrator may serve a notice on the Sector Association that consent to the Sector Association continuing to collect charges is withdrawn at the expiry of 20 working days from the date of the notice.
