Conditions for Contract Renewal and Non-Renewal. You will be evaluated periodically throughout your Contract year. In order to be eligible for Contract renewal for the next year of training, a Resident/Fellow must be in good standing with the University. Re-appointment requires, at a minimum, satisfactory progress in the training program, and certification, as applicable. This Contract may be renewed, in writing, upon recommendation by the Program Director until the Program is successfully completed. Contracts generally are mailed during the second half of each academic year and each such Contract is contingent upon the Resident’s/Fellow’s satisfactory completion of the then academic year. Therefore, in the event a Resident/Fellow is dismissed at any time during the academic year, fails to satisfactorily complete the academic year, or a decision is made not to renew a Resident’s/Fellow’s contract, any previously issued contract shall be considered null and void. Furthermore, the terms and conditions of this Contract for future appointments may, in the University’s discretion or as required by the ACGME, be modified. The Resident/Fellow shall be provided written notice of the intent not to reappoint at least 120 days prior to termination of the current contract year as provided in the GME Evaluation, Promotion and Completion of Training Policy. Individuals who are not re-appointed have full rights of appeal as described in the GME Manual under the “Disciplinary, Appeal, and Dismissal Process” Policy.

However, if the primary reason(s) for the non-renewal or non-promotion occurs within the four months prior to the end of the agreement, the Sponsoring Institution must ensure that its programs provide the resident(s) with as much written notice of the intent not to renew or not to promote as circumstances will reasonably allow, prior to the end of the agreement. Individuals who are not re-appointed have full rights of appeal as described in the GME Manual under the “Disciplinary, Appeal, and Dismissal Process” Policy.   • Contract Renewal State may renew this Contract under its then-existing terms and conditions (subject to potential cost adjustments described below in section 2) in two-year intervals, or any interval that is advantageous to State. This Contract, including any renewals, may not exceed a total of seven (7) years.

  • LEASE RENEWAL This Lease does not automatically renew and this Lease automatically terminates on the Lease Termination Date.   • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • Non-Renewal Any grounds for termination stated in Section 24(c) above also may be grounds for non-renewal. In addition, the State Board or Local Board may elect not to renew the Charter if the petition for renewal does not comply with the Charter Schools Act and the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures promulgated in accordance with the Charter Schools Act or if the State Board or Local Board deems that the Charter School has not sufficiently increased student achievement or is no longer in the public interest.
