Where the Services are required to be performed on other premises owned or occupied by Metro, Metro will grant (or procure a grant of) access for the Contractor to those premises on terms acceptable to Metro. Works undertaken at the Leased Premises and at Metro’s bus body repair workshop located at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Burnie must be confined to minor works or running repairs (e.g. windscreen replacement or water leak repair). All major repairs (e.g. body damage repairs and repairs requiring spray painting) must be done offsite at one of the facilities detailed in Schedule 6 (Off- Site Facilities) or at another suitable facility previously approved by Metro that meets all relevant standards.
