Skill and Expertise. The Consultant hereby represents and warrants that it has, and during the Term of this Agreement shall continue to have, the requisite skills and experience necessary to perform the Consulting Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. The Consultant shall, at all times during the Term of the Agreement, act in the best interests of the County and shall perform the Consulting Services in a competent, good workmanlike and professional manner using care and diligence.

Skill and Expertise. Each Party shall, throughout the Delivery Term, use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all employees and contractors engaged in connection with the provision of the Water Transportation Services, the Operational Work or any other maintenance of, operation of, service of, and any future modification to (to include design, construction, commissioning, and installation) the Facility shall have the appropriate and necessary experience, skill and expertise to carry out the tasks efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with Prudent Industry Standards and applicable Law.
Skill and Expertise. The Consultant and its Staff possess a high degree of skill and expertise with respect to the Services, and the Consultant maintains, and will maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, a professional Staff and facilities to perform the Services in a timely and professional manner.

  • Knowledge and Experience The Purchaser has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that it is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in the Securities and of protecting its interests in connection with an acquisition of the Securities.

  • Evaluators The success of a program of evaluation depends upon a high level of skill and training of all participants in the process. The District shall provide annual training on the Colorado State Educator Evaluation System and ongoing training on inter-rater reliability using approved materials from the Colorado Department of Education. As required by Colorado law, all performance evaluations must be conducted by an individual who has completed a training in evaluation skills that has been approved by the Department of Education.

  • Work Experience Formula hour equivalents will be given on the basis of the following number of students enrolled at fourth week census: 5-14 students enrolled = 1 (one) formula hour 15-24 students enrolled = 2 (two) formula hours 25-34 students enrolled = 3 (three) formula hours

  • Related Experience Previous experience related to the duties associated with the position.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.
