Spray Painting. Employees engaged in spray painting shall be paid twenty-five cents ($.25) per hour in addition to regular rates.
Spray Painting. (i) Lead paint shall not be applied by a spray to the interior of any building and no surface painted with lead paint shall be rubbed down or scraped by a dry process.
(ii) All employees (including apprentices) applying paint by spraying shall be provided with full overalls and head covering and respirators by the employer.
(iii) Where from the nature of the paint or substance used in spraying a respirator would be of little or no practical use in preventing the absorption of fumes or materials from substances used by an employee in spray painting, the employee shall be paid a special allowance of $1.32 per day.
Spray Painting. There shall be a spray painting differential for all spray painting done of fifty cents ($.50) per hour.
Spray Painting. Not permitted in the yard by the vessel owner or his representatives.
Spray Painting. Water Thinned Materials. Spray painting of water thinned materials is permitted except that the interior surfaces of dwellings may not be sprayed unless specifically permitted as in Section 4(b) below: and so long as the Employer furnishes devices and appliances required by the laws of the State of Illinois for the protection of the health of the spray operator using water thinned materials.
Spray Painting the term of this Agreement, to be entitled to bump into the Spray Painting department, an employee must have previously demonstrated his satisfactorily perform in that department. ‘I he employees that they have an opportunity to six (6) of employee shall be paid at straight time rates for time spent in such demonstration provided that if such time is outside of his regular working hours it shall not be deemed to be hours worked for the purpose of overtime calculation. The operation of this letter shall be reviewed every six (6)months.
Spray Painting. There will be an employee available to assist the spray painter. Gloves and overalls will be supplied to the spray painter, sandblaster and the employee assisting, and shall remain the property of the employer. Should the spray painter and/or the employee assisting request a safety approved respirator, such unit(s) will be supplied and, if not returned, cost to be deducted from wages. All sandblasters shall be supplied with safety approved air hoods while sandblasting, such hoods will be returned to the employer, if not the cost will be deducted from the employee's wages.
Spray Painting. An employee engaged on all spray applications carried out in other than a properly constructed booth, approved by the appropriate State Government authority will be paid 63 cents per hour extra.
Spray Painting. Employees employed over two (2) hours per day at spray painting will be paid One dollar ($1.00) per hour in addition to their regular classified rate.
Spray Painting. Employees performing spray painting shall be provided with coveralls and proper face masks. No spray painting shall be done in tunnels or other confined spaces without proper ventilation.
