Confidentiality of Customer Information. MERCHANT further warrants and agrees that it shall not sell, purchase, provide, or exchange checking account information in the form of sales drafts, mailing lists, tapes, or any other media obtained by reason of a transaction or otherwise, to any third party other than to SPS-EFT, MERCHANT’s agents approved by SPS-EFT for the purpose of assisting MERCHANT in its business to SPS-EFT, the financial institution named on the check, or pursuant to lawful government demand without the account holder’s explicit written consent. All media containing checking account numbers must be stored in an area limited to selected personnel until discarding and must be destroyed prior to or in connection with discarding in a manner that will render the data unreadable. MERCHANT will not disclose and will keep confidential the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Confidentiality of Customer Information. The names, addresses and other information concerning Customers are and shall remain the sole property of Service Provider. Neither the Distributor, Janus Services, their affiliates, nor their officers, directors, employees or agents, or any control person of the foregoing persons, shall use such names, addresses or other information for any purpose except in connection with the performance of the Distributor's and Janus Services' duties and responsibilities hereunder and except for shareholder servicing and informational mailings relating to the Funds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 11 shall not prohibit the Distributor, Janus Services or any of their affiliates from using for any purpose the names, addresses or other information concerning any of Service Provider's Customers if such names, addresses or other information are obtained in any manner other than from Service Provider pursuant to this Agreement. The provisions of this Section 11 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Neither Strong, its affiliates, nor their officers, directors, employees or agents, or any control person of the foregoing persons shall use such names, addresses or other information for any purpose except in connection with the performance of Strong's duties and responsibilities hereunder and except for shareholder servicing and informational mailings relating to the Funds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 8 shall not prohibit Strong or any of its affiliates from utilizing for any purpose the names, addresses or other information concerning any of Broker-Dealer's Customers if such names, addresses or other information are obtained in any manner other than from Broker-Dealer pursuant to this Agreement. The provisions of this Section 8 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Confidentiality of Customer Information. Any information (written, oral, or observed) received by Supplier, or any person working on behalf of Supplier, while providing services to Customer will be deemed to be confidential. This information may only be used to provide goods or services under this order and may not be revealed to any third parties without the prior written consent of Customer. Any proprietary information concerning Customer, its products, data, or manufacturing processes which are disclosed to the Supplier shall remain the property of Customer and shall be returned upon request. Supplier, and any of its representatives assigned to perform services for Customer, shall, upon request of Customer, execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement in a format satisfactory to Customer.
Confidentiality of Customer Information. In relation to all telecommunications services provided by TELUS, unless the Customer provides express consent or disclosure is pursuant to a legal power, all information kept by TELUS regarding the Customer, other than the Customer’s name, address and listed telephone number, is confidential and may not be disclosed by TELUS to anyone other than:
a. the Customer or a person who in the reasonable judgement of TELUS is seeking the information as an agent of the Customer, b. another telecommunications company provided the information is required for the efficient and cost-effective provision of telecommunications service and the disclosure is made on a confidential basis with the information to be used only for that purpose,

The Contractor shall ensure Contingent Staff’s compliance with all State and federal confidentiality requirements of the Department and Customer, including any requirements pertaining to protected health information (PHI), as defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), if applicable. The Contractor shall comply with any additional confidentiality requirements set forth in the Customer’s contract or purchase order.
Confidentiality of Customer Information. 15.1 All information obtained by us from you which belongs to you and is of a confidential nature will be dealt with by us in a confidential and proper manner.
15.2 You undertake that you will keep, at all times, confidential any information concerning our business (including the technology used) which may come within your knowledge during the life of the Agreement.
Confidentiality of Customer Information. JSI acknowledges that it may have access to confidential information of Customer because of its access to Customer’s records. JSI shall not use or review any written or verbal information which, by its nature and under the circumstances is confidential, including, but not limited to, information in court files such as name, addresses, nature of the matter, and any other information Customer deems confidential and notifies JSI of same.
