Confidentiality of Employees’ Personal Information. Personal and medical information maintained in University records, including information stored in electronic form, will be maintained, accessed, and used in a confidential manner. The University will comply with RCW 42.56.230 (3) and 42.56.250 and will not release personal information to third parties, including disclosures via the Internet, to the extent that disclosure would violate an employee’s right to privacy as defined by RCW 42.56.050, unless disclosure is otherwise compelled by the University’s legal obligations or by court order.
