Confirmation of insurance. The Recipient must, on request by DFAT, provide current relevant confirmation of insurance documentation for example, a certificate of currency from its insurers or insurance brokers certifying that it has insurance as required by Clause 29.1.

Acknowledgement, publicity and knowledge sharing The Recipient must, in all publications, promotional and advertising materials, public announcements, events and activities in relation to the Activity, or any products, processes or inventions developed as a result of it, acknowledge the financial and other support received from ARENA, in the manner (if any) specified in item 19 of Schedule 1 or otherwise approved by ARENA prior to its use. ARENA reserves the right to publicise and report on the awarding of the funding under this Agreement, and may do this by, amongst other means, including the Recipient's name, any Activity Participant's name, the amount of the Total Funds and a brief description of the Activity on websites and in media releases, general announcements about the Programme and annual reports. Without limiting any other right of ARENA, ARENA may disclose information about this Agreement, the Recipient or the Activity to the Commonwealth, or any State or Territory government.

Confirmation of insurance. 8.1 Prior to any call by the LNG Ship at the Terminal, or such other times as may be requested by Buyer or Höegh, Ship Owner shall provide sufficient written evidence:
(a) that the LNG Ship’s P&I Club has agreed to cover Ship Owner as a member of the P&I Club against the liabilities and responsibilities assumed by Ship Owner in these Conditions of Use, in accordance with the P&I Club’s Rules and shall ensure that such insurances are maintained for the duration of the LNG Ship’s calling at the Terminal; and
(b) of waiver of rights of subrogation from the LNG Ship’s marine, war and P&I Club insurers, such waivers to be in respect of rights against Buyer and Höegh.

Design-Builder shall timely procure and review all insurance certificates and policies required by the Contract Documents and the Subcontracts and provide copies of same to Owner's Representative. Design-Builder shall immediately cure and correct any failure of any Subcontractor or affiliated entity to comply and remain in compliance with the insurance requirements of the Contract Documents and the Subcontracts. Design- Builder shall not permit any Subcontractor to enter the Project site or perform any Work relating to the Project unless such Subcontractor is and remains insured in accordance with the insurance requirements set out in the Contract Documents and the Subcontracts.

On the Completion Date and promptly (but in any event within thirty (30) days) after (i) the renewal of each insurance policy required hereunder, (ii) the issuance of any additional policies or amendments or supplements to any of such policies or (iii) the issuance of any such insurance the Lessee shall provide the Lessor certificates of insurance evidencing the existence of all insurance then required to be maintained by the Lessee pursuant to this Article XIII. In addition, the Lessee shall provide the Lessor with written notice thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any insurance policy required to be maintained pursuant to the terms of this Lease.

On the Commencement Date and annually thereafter the Sublessee shall provide the Sublessor an insurance. certificate certifying compliance with the insurance then required to be maintained by the Sublessee pursuant to this Article XIII In addition, the Sublessee shall provide the Sublessor with written. notice thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any insurance policy required to be maintained pursuant to the terms of this Sublease.
