CONFORMITY WITH STATE HOLIDAYS. In the event the Legislature shall amend Section 6700 of the Government Code to change the date of a holiday listed in subsection A. hereof is observed, employees subject to this Memorandum of Understanding shall celebrate said holiday in conformity with the State. This subsection shall not be applied so as to increase or decrease the number of holidays set forth in subsection A. hereof.
