Connection of Equipment. 11.1. Any equipment connected to the Service must be: 11.1.1. technically compatible with the Service and not harm the OUTSOURCE TELECOM Network, the Service or OUTSOURCE TELECOM Equipment or another party’s network or equipment; 11.1.2. connected and used in line with any relevant instructions or laws; and 11.1.3. connected and used in line with any relevant standards including, in the order of precedence set out below: (i) Any legal requirements imposed upon the parties including requirements arising from General Condition 2 set under section 45 of the Communications Act 2003; (ii) any relevant specification notified by Ofcom in implementation of the recommendations of the Network Interoperability Consultative Committee; (iii) any recommendations by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute; and (iv) any recommendations by the Telecommunications Standards Bureau (formerly the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee) of the International Telecommunication Union. 11.1.4. The Client agrees to connect equipment to the Service only by using the NTE provided by OUTSOURCE TELECOM with the Service. 11.1.5. OUTSOURCE TELECOM will not be liable for failure to meet any service level or other obligations under this Agreement if any equipment is found to be connected otherwise than in accordance with this clause. 11.1.6. OUTSOURCE TELECOM reserves the right to disconnect any Client equipment if the Client does not fulfil its obligations under this Clause 12 or if in the reasonable opinion of OUTSOURCE TELECOM Client Provided Apparatus is liable to cause the death of, or personal injury to any person.

Connection of Equipment. Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, any equipment necessary for delivery of the agreed Services will be mounted and connected by the Customer. Dstny is not liable for any mounting or connection performed by the Customer. The equipment is the Customer’s responsibility, and Dstny will not be liable for errors, disruptions or interruptions, including any non- compliance with SLA terms. If the Customer supplies the Internet connection, the Customer must ensure from time to time that the quality and capacity of the connection and any connected equipment is adequate so as to enable Dstny to provide the agreed Services in accordance with the Agreement. Any lack of capacity or quality in lines supplied by the Customer will exempt Dstny from providing the service levels agreed as per the SLA. Dstny is entitled from time to time to change sub-suppliers, including sub-suppliers for installations, connections and Hardware.

(ii) any relevant specification notified by OFCOM in implementation of the recommendations of the Network Interoperability Consultative Committee; (iii) any recommendations by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute; and (iv) any recommendations by the Telecommunications Standards Bureau (formerly the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee) of the International Telecommunication Union. 12.1.4 The Client agrees to connect equipment to the Service only by using the NTE provided by JUNO TELECOMS LTD with the Service. 12.1.5 JUNO TELECOMS LTD will not be liable for failure to meet any service level or other obligations under this Agreement if any equipment is found to be connected otherwise than in accordance with this clause. 12.1.6 JUNO TELECOMS LTD reserves the right to disconnect any Client equipment if the Client does not fulfil its obligations under this Clause 12 or if in the reasonable opinion of JUNO TELECOMS LTD Client Provided Apparatus is liable to cause the death of, or personal injury to any person.
Connection of Equipment. (a) The Customer must ensure that all equipment connected to the Services, the Service Equipment or the Provider’s telecommunication network which carries customer traffic between equipment owned and/or operated by the Provider to the Customer or all other third parties (the “Provider’s Network”) by or on behalf of Customer: (i) is technically compatible with the Services; and (ii) is connected and used in accordance with any relevant instructions or directions given by the Provider, and in accordance with any Applicable Laws; and (iii) does not endanger the health or safety of any person; and (iv) does not damage or interrupt the normal operation or efficiency of the Provider’s Network, the Services, the Service Equipment, any services provided by the Provider to a third party, or any of the Provider’s sites or facilities; and (v) does not degrade or cause interference with the Services, the Provider’s Network or any other products or services supplied by the Provider. (b) The Customer must immediately upon receiving a notice issued by the Provider under this Clause, disconnect any equipment that does not meet any of the requirements as set by the Provider.

Inspira Technology Group reserves the right to disconnect any Client equipment if the Client does not fulfil its obligations under this Clause 12 or if in the reasonable opinion of Inspira Technology Group Client Provided Apparatus is liable to cause the death of, or personal injury to any person.
Connection of Equipment. 12. 1 Any equipment connected to the Service must be: 12.1.1 technically compatible with the Service and not harm Black Sheep’s Wholesale Suppliers Network, the Service or BLACK SHEEP BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD Equipment or another party’s network or equipment; 12.1.2 connected and used in line with any relevant instructions or laws; and 12.1.3 connected and used in line with any relevant standards including, in the order of precedence set out below: (i) any legal requirements imposed upon the parties including requirements arising from General Condition 2 set under section 45 of the Communications Act 2003; (ii) any relevant specification notified by OFCOM in implementation of the recommendations of the Network Interoperability Consultative Committee; (iii) any recommendations by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute; and (iv) any recommendations by the Telecommunications Standards Bureau (formerly the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee) of the International Telecommunication Union. 12.1.4 The Client agrees to connect equipment to the Service only by using the NTE provided by BLACK SHEEP BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD with the Service. 12.1.5 BLACK SHEEP BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD will not be liable for failure to meet any service level or other obligations under this Agreement if any equipment is found to be connected otherwise than in accordance with this clause. 12.1.6 BLACK SHEEP BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD reserves the right to disconnect any Client equipment if the Client does not fulfil its obligations under this Clause 12 or if in the reasonable opinion of BLACK SHEEP BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD Client Provided Apparatus is liable to cause the death of, or personal injury to any person.

No boring or cutting of stringing of wires will be allowed without the prior written consent of Landlord, unless such work is shown on Exhibit "C" to the Lease. The location of telephones, call boxes, and other office equipment affixed to the Premises shall be subject to the approval of Landlord.
