CONSENT AND JOINDER. The BOROUGH OF ALBURTIS, a borough located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for value received, and intending to be legally bound hereby, does hereby join in and consent to the foregoing Agreement, dated for convenience as of July 12, 1982 (the “Agreement”), by and among the City of Allentown, County of Lehigh, Coplay-Whitehall Sewer Authority, Lehigh County Authority, and the Townships of Salisbury and South Whitehall, and to the extent applicable to it, agrees to abide by the terms of and be bound by the terms of said Agreement. A stipulation dated December 30, 19872 was executed in settlement of civil suit 81-C-1947, Borough of Alburtis vs. County of Lehigh et al. This Consent and Joinder shall not be interpreted to waive, alter, or contradict the terms of that December 30, 1987 stipulation; however, that stipulation shall not be interpreted to give the Borough of Alburtis any rights in this Agreement different from those of the other parties to this Agreement, except that nothing contained herein shall be interpreted to waive Alburtis’ right to receive payments from the County of Lehigh as provided in the December 30, 1987 Settlement Stipulation.

CONSENT AND JOINDER. {Separate consents and joinders in the following form were signed and attested by officers of Upper Macungie Township Authority (undated); Lower Macungie Township Authority (undated):} The {Name of Authority}, an authority located in Lehigh County, ‘Pennsylvania, for value re- ceived, and intending to be legally bound, does join in and consent to the foregoing Amendment to the 1 April 1983 Wastewater Treatment Capacity Allocation Agreement (6.15 MGD) and 4 August 1987 Wastewater Treatment Capacity Allocation Agreement (Post-1985 Allocation) by and among the Lehigh County Authority, County of Lehigh, Boroughs of Alburtis and Macungie, and the Townships of Lower Macungie, Lowhill, Upper Macungie, Upper Milford and Xxxxxxxxxx, and to the extent applicable to it, agrees to abide by the terms of and be duly bound by the terms of said Amendment agreement.

ALLENTOWN AUTHORITY, a Pennsylvania municipality authority and the CITY OF ALLENTOWN, a Pennsylvania municipal subdivision, for themselves, their respective successors or assigns, for value received, intending to be legally bound, do hereby consent to the execution of the foregoing Agreement and do hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth therein. The parties hereto further agree, to the extent any action by either of them legally is required or deemed necessary or desirable in order to permit the parties to the aforesaid Agreement to comply with the terms and provisions and covenants and representations set forth therein, that they will take such action, perform such acts and otherwise cooperate to accomplish the purpose and intent of the foregoing Agreement. Without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing the parties hereto specifically acknowledge the contents of and specifically agree to be bound by the provisions of Section 13 of the foregoing Agreement.

The parties hereto further agree, to the extent any action by any of them is legally required or deemed necessary or desirable in order to permit the parties to the aforesaid Agreement to comply with the terms and provisions and covenants and representations set forth therein, that they will take such action, perform such acts and otherwise cooperate to accomplish the purpose and intent of the foregoing Agreement.

Upper Macungie Township Authority, an authority located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for value received, and intending to be legally bound hereby, does join in and consent to the foregoing Agree- ment, dated for convenience as of 1993, by and among Lehigh County Authority, County of Lehigh, Boroughs of Alburtis and Macungie, and the Townships of Lower Macungie, Lowhill, Upper Macungie, Upper Milford and Xxxxxxxxxx, and to the extent applicable to it, agrees to abide by the terms of and be bound by the terms of said Agreement.
