Enrolment Agreement. In order to keep the monthly school fee payments down we have calculated school fees over 12 months. This means Fees are due at the start of January as well as in December. School Fees are due by the 1st of each month. School fees are payable in advance of the coming month. Despite the school closing in December for holidays the month’s fees are still due. As a result no notice will be accepted in the month of November. One calendar month notice must be given in writing before a child leaves the school or one month’s fees will be charged in lieu of notice. Fees are still payable in full if a child is absent through holiday or illness. The school fees reserve your child’s space at Ferndale Nursery School. If your child does not attend school and you have not given notice you are still liable for each months fees. Late payments will be subject to interest being charged. Accounts that are not paid by the 5th of the month will result in immediate suspension from school until the account has been settled. Accounts that are outstanding for more than a month will be handed over to our attorney. The debtor will be liable for costs incurred in recouping the debt. In the event that suspension occurs, parents are still responsible for payment of the suspended month. Any alternate arrangements regarding school fees must be in writing and signed by both parties, such an agreement is in addition to this contract and does not negate the conditions of this document.
