CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REHABILITATION FUND. The Employer will shall contribute on behalf of each Employee covered by this Agreement the amount of two cents ($0.02) per for each hour earned, worked to the B.C. Construction Industry Rehabilitation Fund. The B.C. Construction Industry Rehabilitation Fund will be governed by a Board of Trustees appoint- ed on an equal basis by the Construction Labour Rela- tions Association and the B.C. & Yukon Building Trades Council and shall be used for rehabilitative purposes in the industry on the basis of the negotiated and agreed principles of July 23, 1980.
