Construction Manager's Pre-Construction Services Fee. The Construction Manager’s Fee for pre-construction services, including the cost of time and materials expended in completion of its pre-construction services for this Project, shall not exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) as contemplated herein. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if the GMP Proposal is not accepted by the Town and this Agreement is terminated, the Construction Manager shall be entitled to receive only that portion of the Fee referenced herein, representing all Work performed to date of termination relating to the Project. The Construction Manager’s Pre-Construction Fee shall be at the rate of ten thousand ($10,000.00) per month, which shall not exceed six (6) months.

Related to Construction Manager's Pre-Construction Services Fee

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Construction Manager’s Fee The following shall be deemed included in the Construction Manager’s fee for services during the Construction Phase.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Fifty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($51,456.23). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.   • Construction Services 4,500 thousand SDR for Japan Post in Group A 15,000 thousand SDR for all other entities in Group A 4,500 thousand SDR for entities in Group B Architectural, engineering and other technical services covered by this Agreement: 450 thousand SDR Other services: 130 thousand SDR List of Entities which procure the services, specified in Annex 4:

  • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES The services which the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to, those described or specified herein. The services described or specified shall not be deemed to constitute a comprehensive specification having the effect of excluding services not specifically mentioned.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.
