CONSULTATION WITH TENANTS. Without prejudice to its continuing obligations under Section 105 of the Housing Xxx 0000 the Council shall whenever reasonably requested by the Organisation to do so or otherwise as the Council shall deem appropriate in connection with the Services consult with its tenants about the subject-matter of this Agreement.

CONSULTATION WITH TENANTS. 11.1 Without prejudice to its continuing obligations under Section 105 of the Housing Xxx 0000 or Section 137 of the Housing Xxx 0000 the Council shall whenever reasonably requested by the Organisation to do so or otherwise as the Council shall deem appropriate in connection with the Services consult with its tenants about the subject-matter of this Agreement including but not limited to any decision 11.1.1 not to renew this Agreement pursuant to Clause 55; or 11.1.2 to change the status of the Organisation in which circumstances the consultation shall take the form of a ballot of secure and introductory tenants. 11.2 Where appropriate and where there is no conflict any consultation under this clause shall be carried out in the joint names of the Organisation and the Council.
CONSULTATION WITH TENANTS. Without prejudice to its continuing obligations under Section 105 of the Housing Xxx 0000 the Council shall whenever reasonably requested by CBH to do so or otherwise as the Council shall deem appropriate in connection with the Services consult with its tenants about the subject-matter of this Agreement. 11 Functions delegated and potential future delegations 11.1 The functions delegated by the Council for the purposes of this Agreement shall be those functions or activities identified in Schedule 2 as the responsibility of CBH. 11.2 As part of the settlement of the Business Plans and Annual Plans pursuant to clause 5 CBH shall be entitled to propose suggested measures that might be taken by CBH or the Council to improve the provision of social housing services or functions in the Borough of Cheltenham and which may include a proposal to delegate further functions from the Council to CBH (a Proposal). 11.3 The Council shall give due and reasonable consideration each such Proposal and as part of the settlement of the Business Plans notify CBH as to whether such Proposals are agreed. If not agreed, then the Council shall explain the reasons why such Proposals are not agreed and the amendments (if any) which would render the Proposal potentially acceptable to the Council (in which case the parties shall work in good faith to implement such Proposal).
CONSULTATION WITH TENANTS. Before commencing the Works and throughout the carrying out of the Works the Contractor shall comply with the arrangements for consultation with the Tenants and other residents of the Dwellings affected thereby in accordance with the Output Specification, Contractor's Proposals and all legislation and Guidance.
