Consumer Fees. With consumers assuming more and more of the financial burden related to their health care, they are becoming increasing more intent on also managing their health care information. Personal Health Records are gaining momentum as part of this increase in health care consumerism. Additionally, consumer access to a HIE may encourage new features that allow consumers to define which health care providers may query their records. Increased access to clinical records by lay consumers will also require transformation of those records into terms more understandable to the general population. Consumer fees may be paid directly by consumers or be partly or fully subsidized by employers and payers (including the government, e.g. Medicare and Medicaid)
Consumer Fees. (i) “Consumer Fee” shall be US $6.50 per transaction which the Agent Location shall collect from each consumer sender for the Walmart2Walmart Mexico Money Transfer Services. Subject to the provisions below, MoneyGram shall set the Consumer Fee for the Walmart2Walmart Mexico Money Transfer Service transaction.
Consumer Fees. The fees charged to Cardholders in connection with the MoneyCard as of the Effective Date are set forth in Schedule 3.1, and such fees may not be modified without the mutual written agreement of the Parties. Retailer at any time may request that Bank or Green Dot, as applicable, eliminate or reduce any price or fee charged to Cardholders in connection with a Product. If, within [*] after such a request made by notice, Bank or Green Dot, as applicable, have not agreed to each of Retailer’s requested change(s), then Bank or Green Dot, as applicable, *Confidential Treatment Requested. shall provide a written explanation to Retailer with respect to the reason for which such Party is rejecting Retailer’s requested change(s). After receipt of such written explanation, Retailer may terminate this Agreement upon one hundred eighty days’ notice to the other Parties. Retailer shall not request such price changes primarily for the purpose of forcing termination of this Agreement.

Consumer Fees. Notable shall not charge or assess Cardholders with any fees for any services rendered pursuant to this Agreement.
Consumer Fees. We reserve the right to charge Consumers additional fees. However, you are not allowed to favor one payment method over another without our approval. As part of our services, we may charge Consumers separate fees, known as "Consumer Fees," that are not passed on to you. These fees relate to ticket sales, registrations, other items, processing, handling, and/or access to various IHUBApp content and services. We have the discretion to determine the structure and assessment of Consumer Fees, as well as the associated refund policy. Please note that we are not obligated to disclose Consumer Fees to you, and we retain the right to modify them at any time. Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, it is prohibited for you to give preferential treatment to one form or method of payment over another. Additionally, you are not allowed to impose additional fees or charges on Consumers related to a specific payment method while exempting those fees or charges for other payment methods.
