Helm may, in its sole discretion, extend this time limit if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such a delay was for a good reason (such as a hospital stay). Additional limits on liability for VISA Debit Card. Unless the Customer has been grossly negligent or have engaged in fraud, the Customer will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions using their lost or stolen Visa card. This additional limit on liability does not apply to ATM transactions or to transactions using the Customers Personal Identification Number which are not processed by Visa. Consumer Liability. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately at 000-000-0000 if you believe your Password has been lost or stolen, your Account has been accessed or used without your authorization, or someone has used your Password to access to the Service without authorization. You can call this number at any time, day or night. The limits of your liability are defined in the Consumer Liability section of the Terms and Conditions of Your Account. If you disclose your Password to anyone, you assume all risks and losses associated with such disclosure.
