Content of Work Authorization. The Contractor shall respond in writing to a Work Authorization issued by the State Project Director within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt, or such longer time allowed by the State Project Director. Each Work Authorization response shall contain a detailed statement of the purpose, objective, or goals to be performed by the Contractor, a full work description, the job classification or approximate skill level of the personnel to be made available by the Contractor, an identification of all significant material and Deliverables to be developed by the Contractor and delivered to the State, an identification of all significant materials to be delivered by the State to the Contractor, an estimated time schedule for the provisions of these Services by the Contractor, Acceptance Criteria for the work to be performed, the name or identification of the Contractor personnel to be assigned, and the Contractor's estimated work hours required to accomplish the purpose, objective, or goals. The Contractor shall base prices for Work Authorizations on the reasonable number of Contractor Staff hours required multiplied by the Labor Rates for Unanticipated Tasks listed in Exhibit B of this Contract, plus any other reasonable costs to be incurred to effect the change at a fair and reasonable price. When there is a cost impact, i.e., increase or decrease in amounts to be paid under this Contract, the Contractor shall advise the State Project Director in writing of: (i) the increase, including a breakdown of the number of Contractor Staff hours by level of personnel needed to effect this change; or (ii) the decrease. The Contractor shall submit its price for a Work Authorization on both a fixed price and a time and materials basis, either of which the State may choose. The Contractor shall not bill additional Work Authorization hours for any identified Key Staff listed in Exhibit A. The Contractor will be paid for work under a Work Authorization based upon actual time and materials used to perform the authorized work or the fixed price, but no more than the original Work Authorization. The Contractor shall not charge the State for preparing a Work Authorization or any analysis or other documents necessary to evaluate and implement a Work Authorization.

  • New Work Authorization If the Engineer does not complete the services authorized in a work authorization before the specified completion date and has not requested a supplemental work authorization, the work authorization shall terminate on the completion date. At the sole discretion of the State, it may issue a new work authorization to the Engineer for the incomplete work using the unexpended balance of the preceding work authorization for the project. If approved by the State, the Engineer may calculate any additional cost for the incomplete work using the rates set forth in the preceding work authorization and in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule.

  • Work Authorization By entering into this Agreement, the Judicial Council only authorizes the Criteria Architect to begin its Work on the Phase indicated on the Coversheet of the Agreement. The Judicial Council has the sole and unilateral right to authorize additional Phases, however, those authorizations will be made in the form of an amendment pursuant to this Agreement, authorizing the appropriate Phase and funding specified herein, which must be executed by the Criteria Architect and the Judicial Council. Work for additional Phases added to the Agreement by amendment will be authorized using Notice to Proceed. Criteria Architect is not authorized to begin any work or services marked “NYA” (Not Yet Authorized).

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Network Authorization For services that cannot be provided by a network provider, you can request a network authorization to seek services from a non-network provider. With an approved network authorization, the network benefit level will apply to the authorized covered healthcare service. If we approve a network authorization for you to receive services from a non- network provider, our reimbursement will be based on the lesser of our allowance, the non-network provider’s charge, or the benefit limit. For more information, please see the How Non-Network Providers Are Paid section.

  • WORK AUTHORIZATIONS The State will issue work authorizations using the form included in Attachment D (Work Authorizations and Supplemental Work Authorizations) to authorize all work under this contract. The Engineer must sign and return a work authorization within seven (7) working days after receipt. Refusal to accept a work authorization may be grounds for termination of the contract. The State shall not be responsible for actions by the Engineer or any costs incurred by the Engineer relating to work not directly associated with or prior to the execution of a work authorization. Terms and conditions governing the use of work authorizations are set forth in Attachment A, General Provisions, Article 1.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.   • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.
