CONTENTS OF BID DOCUMENTS i. The Bidder must thoroughly study/analyze and properly understand the contents of this RFP document, its meaning and impact of the information contained therein. ii. Failure to furnish all information required in the bidding document or submission of Bid not responsive to the bidding documents in any respect will be at the Bidder’s risk and responsibility and the same may finally result in rejection of its Bid. SBI has made considerable effort to ensure that accurate information is contained in this RFP and is supplied solely as guidelines for Bidders. iii. Nothing in this RFP or any addenda/corrigenda or clarifications issued in connection thereto, is intended to relieve Bidders from forming their own opinions and conclusions in respect of the matters contained in RFP and its addenda, if any. iv. The Bid prepared by the Bidder, as well as all correspondences and documents relating to the Bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Bank and supporting documents and printed literature shall be submitted in English. v. The information provided by the Bidders in response to this RFP will become the property of SBI and will not be returned. Incomplete information in Bid document may lead to non-consideration of the proposal.

CONTENTS OF BID DOCUMENTS. 5.1 The Bidder is expected to examine carefully all the contents of the Bid documents as mentioned in Sub-clause 1.0 of ITB including instructions, conditions, forms, terms, specifications and take them fully into account before submitting his offer. Failure to comply with the requirements as detailed in these documents shall be at the Bidder's own risk. Bids that are not responsive to the requirements of the Bid documents will be rejected.
CONTENTS OF BID DOCUMENTS. The bid document shall be prepared respectively for using the Form of Bid as provided in Chapter IV, and the additional relevant materials which are required in the ITB or considered to be necessary for sufficient evaluation shall be attached thereto. The Form of Bid shall be complete in all respects, and, if necessary, the bidder may modify the contents of the Form with sufficient explanation. The Bid document shall consist of the followings: 1. CONTENTS OF BID DOCUMENTS. 7.1 The Bid Documents are those stated below and should be read in conjunction with any corrigendum issued in accordance with clause 9.2 of Instructions to Bidders (ITB): 7.1.1 Volume I : Commercial 7.2 The bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, specifications and drawings in the bid documents. The Bid Documents together with all its attachment thereto, shall be considered to be read understood and accepted by the bidder. Failure to furnish all information required by the Bid documents or submission of a bid not substantially responsive to the Bid documents in every respect will be at bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of the Bid.

  • Copies of Contract Documents to Contractor Without charge to the Contractor the Design Professional shall furnish to the Contractor up to five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format. The Contractor may obtain such additional sets of Contract Documents, as the Contractor deems necessary and shall pay the cost of reproduction of such additional sets to the Design Professional.

  • Amendments of Constitutive Documents Amend, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to amend, its certificate of incorporation or bylaws or other constitutive documents other than amendments that could not be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31.01 Following the signing of the Collective Agreement, each Employee affected shall be provided with a copy by the Employer within seven (7) days of receipt of the copies by the Employer.   • Modifications to Contracts and Credit and Collection Policy Such Seller Party will not make any change to the Credit and Collection Policy that could adversely affect the collectability of the Receivables or decrease the credit quality of any newly created Receivables. Except as provided in Section 8.2(d), Servicer will not extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable or any Contract related thereto other than in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.
