CONTRACT BOOKLETS. Contract booklets, in a form acceptable to the Union shall be printed by union printers at Company expense. A copy shall be supplied to each employee and fifty (50) copies shall be supplied to the Union office.
CONTRACT BOOKLETS. 27.01 It is the intent of the Employer and Union that every employee shall be furnished with a copy of the Collective Agreement in order that everyone understands the Agreement between the Employer and the Union.
27.02 The cost of printing such booklet shall be shared by the Employer and Union, and printed in a Union shop.

In addition, the Union will print two hundred (200) copies for joint PHT and Union use. The PHT will reimburse the Union for 50% of mutually agreed upon costs. The Union will distribute copies of this Agreement to all HSO officers in the bargaining unit.
