Contract Quantities. The Contract quantities herein are estimated only and may increase or decrease depending upon the needs of the Department. Contractor shall be paid at the unit price per job bid for actual work performed.
Contract Quantities. Contract Quantities. (d) Firm Injection During Start-Up Period – a Firm Maximum Daily Injection Quantity of **** MMBtu per day.

Contract Quantities. 1Energy. Energy Contract Quantities and the Energy Contract Prices pursuant to this Confirmation relate to the quantities set forth in Exhibit A. 8.2Renewable Energy. Renewable Energy Contract Quantities and Renewable Energy Contract Prices pursuant to this Confirmation relate to the quantities set forth in Exhibit B. The Renewable Energy sold by Seller to Buyer shall also include all Renewable Energy Credits associated with such Renewable Energy.

Any quantities specified in the RFP are estimates only unless otherwise clearly noted, and are given for the information of INTEGRATORs and for the purpose of proposal evaluation. They do not indicate the actual quantity that will be required, since such volume will depend upon requirements that may develop during the contract period. Quantities shown shall not be construed to represent any amount which the BRWA shall be obligated to purchase under the contract, or relieve the INTEGRATOR of his obligation to fill all orders placed by the BRWA, except as clearly noted.
