Contractor To Secure. All Permits. Contractor shall secure and maintain in force throughout the performance of the Work all permits and licenses necessary for the lawful and proper performance of the Work. Contractor shall pay the fees required for all permits and licenses necessary for the lawful and proper performance of the Work. Contractor shall prepare, and update and submit to FedEx weekly, a report that details all permits and licenses necessary for the lawful and proper performance of the Work, the dates on which submission of applications for those permits and licenses occurred or will occur, the period of time typically required for the processing of those applications, the fees associated with the issuance of those permits and licenses, and other information that FedEx requires be included in that report. Contractor shall submit the updated report to FedEx by noon (Memphis, Tennessee local time) each Friday or on the next business day, if a Friday is a Legal Holiday.
