Contractor’s Progress, Status, and Management Report. The Contractor shall submit a monthly Status Report. This report shall convey the status of all Task Orders awarded as of contract inception as well as cumulative contract performance. All relevant billing information shall be posted to the ATOMS portal. Task Orders that are completed shall be listed as such. A standard format is set forth in Section J Attachment 003, and shall be utilized for submission of the below required information. This report is required at the basic contract and shall be a rollup/summary of each task order. The task order report shall be unique to that task order only.

Contractor’s Progress, Status, and Management Report. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a monthly Contractor’s Progress, Status, and Management Report (CPSMR), to be submitted to the COR along with the Contractor’s monthly invoice. The CPSMR shall be used to review and evaluate the overall progress of the project, along with any existing or potential problem areas. The CPSMR shall include a summary of the events that occurred during the reporting period, discussion of performance, identification of problems, proposed solutions, corrective actions taken, and outstanding issues. The CPSMR shall also include project schedule status.

  • Independent Contractor; Authority Notwithstanding the Services provided by the Administrator pursuant to this Agreement, the Administrator shall be deemed to be an independent contractor with respect to the Services. The management, policies and operations of the Parties (including the ultimate approval of the making or disposition of the Painting by the Issuer or Masterworks Cayman, and the terms and conditions thereof) shall be the responsibility of the Parties other than the Administrator.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files.   • Independent Contractor Benefits It is the express intention of the Company and Consultant that Consultant performs the Services as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall in any way be construed to constitute Consultant as an employee or entitling Consultant to any of benefits otherwise provided to employees of the Company.
