Contractor’s Qualifications. Contractor represents that he or she has the qualifications and skills necessary to perform the services under this Agreement in a competent, professional manner, without the advice or direction of Client. This means Contractor is able to fulfill the requirements of this Agreement. Failure to perform all the services required under this Agreement constitutes a material breach of the Agreement. Contractor has complete and sole discretion for the manner in which the work under this Agreement will be performed.
Contractor’s Qualifications. By submitting a Quotation, a Contractor represents that it has the expertise, qualifications, resources, and relevant experience to supply the Goods and Services.
Contractor’s Qualifications. The Contractor warrants that the Contractor, and the Contractor’s employees and sub-consultants are properly licensed, registered, and/or certified as may be required under any applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to Contractor’s performance of the Services. All Services provided pursuant to this Agreement shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Contractor will promptly advise City of any change in the applicable laws, regulations, or other conditions that may affect City’s program. This means Contractor is able to fulfill the requirements of this Agreement. Failure to perform all of the services required under this Agreement will constitute a material breach of the Agreement and may be cause for termination of the Agreement. Contractor has complete and sole discretion for the manner in which the work under this Agreement is performed. Prior to execution of this agreement, Contractor shall complete Schedule M, Independent Contractor Questionnaire, attached hereto.
Contractor’s Qualifications. A. Contractor is a reputable firm regularly engaged in providing remediation services with the experience, knowledge, abilities, skills, and resources necessary to complete Work. Contractor has and shall maintain in good standing all required governmental permits, licenses, registrations, certifications, and approvals necessary to provide the Work.
Contractor’s Qualifications. Contractor will submit a copy of his/her current State of Idaho certification and endorsement within thirty (30) days of this agreement.
Contractor’s Qualifications. Consultant represents and warrants that Consultant has the following required qualifications: Thirty years direct experience in design, manufacture and installation of rod hold down systems.
Contractor’s Qualifications. 1. EXPERIENCE No contract will be made to a company that is in violation of any State laws or local ordinances. Applications will be accepted from companies that have been in the handyman / lawn service business for a minimum of two years. Please indicate the number of years of experience in this work.
Contractor’s Qualifications. 1. The contractor shall have at least three (3) years’ experience, and three (3) references in providing the services in scope and complexity to that described herein. The contractor experience must be provided as part of the bid packet; the references shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of SHA Procurement Officer request.
Contractor’s Qualifications. 1. The contractor shall have been established for a minimum of five (5) years.
Contractor’s Qualifications. 3. The difficulty in obtaining a qualified physician to provide the services described in this Agreement.
