Contractor’s Qualifications. Contractor represents that he or she has the qualifications and skills necessary to perform the services under this Agreement in a competent, professional manner, without the advice or direction of Client. This means Contractor is able to fulfill the requirements of this Agreement. Failure to perform all the services required under this Agreement constitutes a material breach of the Agreement. Contractor has complete and sole discretion for the manner in which the work under this Agreement will be performed.
Contractor’s Qualifications. By submitting a Quotation, a Contractor represents that it has the expertise, qualifications, resources, and relevant experience to supply the Goods and Services.

Contractor will promptly advise City of any change in the applicable laws, regulations, or other conditions that may affect City’s program. This means Contractor is able to fulfill the requirements of this Agreement. Failure to perform all of the services required under this Agreement will constitute a material breach of the Agreement and may be cause for termination of the Agreement. Contractor has complete and sole discretion for the manner in which the work under this Agreement is performed. Prior to execution of this agreement, Contractor shall complete Schedule M, Independent Contractor Questionnaire, attached hereto.
Contractor’s Qualifications. A. Contractor is a reputable firm regularly engaged in providing remediation services with the experience, knowledge, abilities, skills, and resources necessary to complete Work. Contractor has and shall maintain in good standing all required governmental permits, licenses, registrations, certifications, and approvals necessary to provide the Work.
Contractor’s Qualifications. Consultant represents and warrants that Consultant has the following required qualifications: Twenty years experience in sales marketing and filed problem solving of rod hold down systems.
Contractor’s Qualifications. Prior to construction of the Renewable Energy System, the University shall provide or shall cause to be provided to the City a list of potential contractors that the University believes are qualified for such work and the City shall have the opportunity to express to the University any City concerns regarding a listed contractor’s qualifications for such work.
Contractor’s Qualifications. Contractor recognizes that great care will be required in the selective felling and removal of the timber to be harvested in order to preserve and protect residual trees, sensitive forest habitat and cultural resources. Contractor has represented that it has the necessary staffing, equipment, experience and training to conduct the selective harvest in the manner described in this Contract.

Contractor’s Qualifications. 3.1 Contractor shall employ technicians certified to work on each type of system and in confined spaces/underground environments, as required, to complete the services required herein.
Contractor’s Qualifications. The Contractor shall have properly trained and certified personnel as required by State, Federal and local regulations to work on automotive and equipment systems and tow or otherwise prepare and transport vehicles and equipment.
