Contractor Experience. I have been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant mostly within the State of Colorado for 40 years. From 1977 through 2005,I worked with the Public Accounting firm of Xxxxxxxx, White & Company in La Junta, Colorado first as a staff accountant and then as partner. While at GHB and Xxxx Xxxxxx, I was responsible for the oversight of various audits generally related to governmental entities including the City of Xxxxxxxx,City of Commerce City, City of Lafayette,Town of Xxxxx, Town of Xxxxxx, Arizona, Arapahoe County,Jefferson County, Xxxxxxx County and Xxxxxx County. The audits ofthese entities generally included A-133 requirements related to Health and Human Services programs,Housing and Urban Development programs,Transportation programs, and FEMA and Emergency Management programs. In July 2014,I left Xxxx Xxxxxx and shortly thereafter began consulting generally with local governments on a contract basis. During that time to the present I have been involved with Park County where I have been involved with the review and reconciliation the various funds and accounts of the County as well as preparation of the County's CAFR including notes and Federal Assistance reports. The Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with maintaining native habitat management site(s) and shall have successfully completed installation/maintenance at a minimum of two native riparian habitat creation/management sites that are at least five (5) acres in size and two (2) native coastal sage scrub habitat creation/management sites that are at least five (5) acres in size. These projects shall include expertise and experience with 1) non-native species control and management within natural habitat areas; 2) management of mitigation site irrigation systems and application regimes; 3) native plant and seed mix establishment; 4) protection of natural resources; and 5) implementation of erosion control measures. Contractor Experience. In addition, Contractor shall have familiarity with working on project sites with the Least Xxxx’x Vireo and Coastal California Gnatcatcher. These projects shall include expertise and experience with: • non-native species control and management within natural habitat areas; • management of mitigation site irrigation systems and application regimes; • native plant and seed mix establishment; • protection of natural resources; and • implementation of erosion control measures. The Contractor shall hold, at a minimum, a Qualified Applicator License. The workers who plant and maintain the vegetation shall possess specialized skills. They shall be capable of distinguishing numerous native species of plants and weeds. Workers shall be capable of following specified weed eradication procedures such as string trimming. In order to use herbicides, workers shall have a Pest Control Business License, and at least one individual on- site at any time – such as a xxxxxxx or a supervisor – shall hold a Qualified Applicator License. They shall be capable of following a complex watering and compaction process following planting to avoid future settlement, and they shall be capable of planting to exact tolerances with respect to the level of the plant crown above grade to ensure survival of new plantings. Contractor Experience. Only Contractors experienced and specialised in the use of High Pressure Water Jetting (700- 1700 bar) equipment will be considered. The Contractor shall provide a verifiable reference of at least 3 similar jobs done in the past 5 years.
