Contractor’s Specified Services. Contractor shall perform the services described in Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter "Exhibit A"), within the times or by the dates provided for in Exhibit A and pursuant to Article 7 (Prosecution of Work). In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and Exhibit A, the provisions in the body of this Agreement shall control.
Contractor’s Specified Services. Contractor shall perform the services described in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (“Scope of Work”), and within the times or by the dates provided in Exhibit “A.” The Scope of Services set forth in Exhibit “A” shall be provided at <<Contractor’s principle place of business>> or otherwise provided by Contractor at its place of business which is located at <<Contractor’s address>>.

Contractor’s Specified Services. Compostable Materials Collection and Transportation. This Agreement is entered into for the purpose of Collecting Compostable Materials from County of Sonoma Transfer Stations and the Central Landfill Site, if necessary, and Transporting such materials to the SCWMA- approved Disposal Site(s). Contractor shall perform services as defined in Exhibit A, Scope of Services. The SCWMA shall not compensate the Contractor for any increased Transportation and Disposal costs associated with the use of Disposal Site(s) different from the Disposal Site(s) approved or designated as a potential future Disposal Site as of the Effective Date except in the event that an authorized Disposal Site is not available due to reasons beyond the control of Contractor in which event Contractor will notify the SCWMA of such closure and Contractor will deliver Compostable Materials to a lawful disposal site and will be reimbursed its reasonable costs therefor. The Contractor shall not commence work until receiving a Notice to Proceed.

Contractor’s Specified Services. This Agreement is entered into for the purpose of establishing a contract for E-Waste Transportation and Recycling Services. Contractor shall perform services as defined in Exhibit “A”, Proposed Scope of Services.

Contractor’s Specified Services. Contractor shall perform the services described in Exhibit “A,” and Exhibit “C” (County Optional) attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter "Scope of Work"), and within the times or by the dates provided for in Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “C” (County Optional) and pursuant to Article 7, Prosecution of Work. In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “C”, the provisions in the body of this Agreement shall control.
Contractor’s Specified Services. Contractor shall provide emergency psychiatric evaluation and crisis intervention services on behalf of the County in accordance with Exhibit A: Scope of Work. Contractor shall meet with County at periodic intervals for orientation, training, and on- going monitoring at mutually-agreed upon times. Trainings which require annual attendance by Contractor shall be provided by County and shall include, but are not limited to Cultural Competency, Consumer and Family Culture, Compliance, and Law and Ethics. In the event of any conflict between any provisions of this Agreement and any Exhibit(s) to this Agreement, the provision that requires the highest level of performance from the Contractor for the County’s benefit shall prevail.
