Control of Project Site. 4.1 Throughout all phases of construction, including suspension of Construction Work, CM@R shall keep the Site reasonably free from debris, trash, and construction wastes to permit CM@R to perform its construction services efficiently, safely, and without interfering with the use of adjacent land areas. Prior to Final Acceptance of the Construction Work, or a portion of the Construction Work, CM@R will remove all debris, trash, construction wastes, materials, equipment, machinery, and tools arising from the Construction Work, or applicable portions thereof, to permit City to occupy the Project or a portion of the Project for its intended use.

Control of Project Site. For the purpose of Project construction management and subject to the terms of this Agreement and in reliance upon the insurance requirements hereof, the Town transfers to County and the County accepts control of the Library Site at all times from the effective date of this Agreement through and until Final Completion of Library and execution of Ground Lease. The County may delegate control of the Library Site, including on-site safety responsibilities, to its Construction Contractor, with appropriate contractual requirements protecting County and Town. All contractors performing work on the Project Site shall be contractually required to maintain insurance coverage in amount and kind reasonable to the work being performed and in limits no less than the requirements set forth in the County’s General Conditions for the Contract for Construction.

Control of Project Site. The Participant will provide, or has provided, written assurance to DNR, signed by an attorney, that the Participant has proper title, easements, and rights-of-way to the property on or through which the Project is to be constructed. This written assurance will be provided prior to construction contract award.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • Title to Project Site Title to the Site is vested in the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia as public property of the State of Georgia, and is not subject to levy or lien.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities Construction The Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Participating TO and CAISO “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Electric Generating Unit(s), such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Electric Generating Units. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Participating TO and the CAISO specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable. Any deviations from the relay settings, machine specifications, and other specifications originally submitted by the Interconnection Customer shall be assessed by the Participating TO and the CAISO pursuant to the appropriate provisions of this LGIA and the LGIP.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.
