CONVERSION FROM TERM LICENSE TO PERPETUAL LICENSE a. The ordering activity may convert term licenses to perpetual licenses for any or all software at any time following acceptance of software. At the request of the ordering activity the Contractor shall furnish, within ten (l0) calendar days, for each software product that is contemplated for conversion, the total amount of conversion credits which have accrued while the software was on a term license and the date of the last update or enhancement.

You may not download more than one (1) copy of the Software unless otherwise authorized by us. You may not use the Software for any other purpose. You may only use the Software for thirty (30) days from the Effective Date, unless otherwise authorized by us ("Trial Period"). Unless you pay the applicable fee for the Software, the Software may become inoperable and, in any event, your right to use Software automatically expires at the end of the Trial Period.
