Conversion of Part-Time Employees. When a part-time employee works eight (8) hours within nine (9), on the same five (5) days each week over a six month period, that assignment shall be converted to a full-time position, unless the part-time nurse is replacing a full-time nurse who is on extended sick leave, leave without pay or OWCP.
