Conversion of post-six year appointees to Continuing Appointees. For current post-six year appointees who are converting to Continuing Appointees, the NSF's next merit eligibility date shall be three years after the effective date of the NSF's last merit increase or the effective date of the NSF’s last appointment contract, whichever is more recent.

  • Regular Appointment The authorized appointment of an individual to a position covered by Civil Service.

  • TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT 6.1 The Issuer may terminate the appointment of the Calculation Agent at any time by giving to the Calculation Agent at least 45 days' prior written notice to that effect, provided that, so long as any of the Relevant Notes is outstanding:
